Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Physical products are printed on demand and typically ship within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. We currently ship within the US only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $4.99 for all physical product orders, regardless of how many items you order. Digital products (tattoo designs) have no shipping cost.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since our products are printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Digital products are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a replacement.
How do digital tattoo designs work?
After purchase, you'll receive download links via email. Each design package includes high-resolution PNG files, a vector PDF, multiple size variations, and a placement guide you can share with your tattoo artist.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We're looking into international shipping options for the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
About the Trail
What is Cactus to Clouds (C2C)?
Cactus to Clouds is an 18.7-mile trail that climbs 10,352 feet from the desert floor in Palm Springs (481 ft) to the summit of San Jacinto Peak (10,833 ft). It's rated one of the most demanding day hikes in North America.
Where does the trail start?
The trail starts behind the Palm Springs Art Museum at the Skyline Trail trailhead, at approximately 481 feet elevation.
Why do people start at midnight?
The lower portion of the trail passes through exposed desert with no shade or water. Summer temperatures at the trailhead can exceed 120°F. Starting at midnight lets hikers clear the dangerous desert section before the heat of the day.
Do I need to hike C2C to buy merch?
