By placing an order through cactus2clouds.com, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Physical Products

Physical products (t-shirts, hats, stickers) are printed on demand and shipped to you. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital Products

Digital products (tattoo designs) are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final — no refunds or exchanges.

You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use purchased tattoo designs. You may use the design for a personal tattoo and share the file with your tattoo artist. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Cactus 2 Clouds. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Cactus 2 Clouds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
